Cancellation & Return Policy

SPARKBIKES is well-known for our dedication to quality, and we take customer satisfaction just as seriously, and offer this comprehensive cancellation and returns policy:

Order Cancellation:  All unshipped orders (including pre-orders) can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. Refunds will be made to the method of payment used for the order. An order is considered unshipped up to the moment the shipment is physically transferred to the carrier's custody. In case of partially fulfilled orders, any unshipped orders are eligible for free cancellation.

Returns of Unused Bikes:  Unused bikes may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. You are required to return your bike in the same condition you received it, and pack it back into the box as it was delivered. Just initiate your return process within 7 days of your receipt of your bike by contacting us here. We will contact you by phone or email to provide you with shipping information.

Returns of Defective Bike:  Defective bike is covered by our warranty policy. Contact us here to get started with a warranty claim.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?
